programmes
We offer Secondary school based training leading to the recommendation for the award of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with the option for a Masters level PGCE – the awarding body is Kingston University.

- Secondary (students aged from 11 to 16 or 14 to 19)
Programmes are offered in the subjects listed below. There is no limit to the number of trainees we can take in each course (with the exception of PE) although not every partner school will be able to support a trainee in every subject. Course codes for application are in brackets following each subject.
- Full Time programme in PE (Provider code is G12 and the course code is C66X)
We have 1 School Direct PE training place and 1 Core SCITT PE training place which will be open to applications in October 2021 for a September 2022 start. There’s no difference in the training you will receive on either the Core SCITT or School Direct programme. Offering a PE training place on the Core programme allows us to recruit an additional trainee to this popular subject.
This is a 12 week employment based route for achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) whilst working as a teacher. This is only open to experienced candidates currently employed as unqualified teachers. Please contact us for more information.
Unfortunately we are not accepting any AO applications until September 2022. If you would like to apply nearer the time, please get in touch.
If you are from an independent school interested in helping your staff achieve QTS, please get in touch.
